Beautiful of East Nusa Tenggara province : Komodo island and Pink beach


Komodo island is the natural habitat of the Komodo dragon, the largest lzard on earth and consequently named after the island. Komodo is the part of the East Nusa Tenggara province and this island is a popular destination for diving. Komodo is an Indonesian island home to approximately 2,000 people who are mostly descendants of former convicts once exiled here. The island which covers an area of 390km² is part of Komodo National Park and is especially known for its native Komodo Dragon - the world's largest living lizard.




Pink Beach is one of the famous tourist destinations in Komodo National. The sand beach is derived from small red sand spread out the beach area that way this beach is famous called by pink beach or Pantai Merah where the local people mention it. This beautiful beach is just located in a small land with dry hill in back of the beach of it. It owns the beautiful coral with clear seawater that make it as an ideal place for snorkeling in this park.

Wonderful Bromo Mountain

Bromo is a non active mountain of javanesse who smokes continuously and easy excursion. His located in southwest of Probolinggo. Mount Bromo is a part of the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park that covers a massive area of 800 square kilometres. While it may be small when measured against other volcanoes in Indonesia, the magnificent Mt Bromo will not disappoint with its spectacular views and dramatic landscapes. The temperature at Mt Bromo ranges from 3 to 20 degrees Celsius but the temperature may be several degrees below zero during the dry season. What you can do in there is watching the sun rise spectacularly over Mt Bromo is the highlight of any trip here. Visit in the month of Kasada (usually in September-November) and witness the annual Kasada festival where the local Tenggerese come to Bromo to throw offerings of vegetables, chickens and money into the crater of the volcano.
